1. Information we collect

We process the name, email address, account details, subscription orders, license activation records, device identifiers, payment amount, network, and transaction hash you provide. The site may also collect IP address, browser information, and basic usage analytics.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses session cookies to maintain authentication and first-party analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You may manage or disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect site functionality.

3. How we use information

We use this information to create and secure accounts, verify payments, issue and manage licenses, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the site, and meet legal obligations.

4. Service providers

We use Cloudflare for security and CDN services, Vercel for frontend hosting, Vultr for licensing and subscription infrastructure, Google Analytics for website analytics, and the OKX read-only API to verify public deposit transaction records. Blockchain transactions are publicly visible by design. All service providers access your data only as necessary and are contractually bound to protect it.

5. International data transfers

Personal information we process may be stored and processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States where our servers are located. We take appropriate steps to ensure your data remains reasonably protected when transferred across borders.

6. Data retention

Account and license data is retained while the account remains active; verified deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Order and transaction records may be retained for up to seven years for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal requirements. Support messages are normally retained for 24 months and security logs for no more than 90 days. Data beyond its retention period is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights and contact

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or ask questions about our processing; you may also have the right under applicable law to restrict processing, request data portability, or withdraw consent. We do not sell personal information.

8. Children's privacy

This site is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Account and trading security

Do not submit exchange passwords, withdrawal credentials, private keys, or seed phrases through the contact form. When connecting the desktop software to an exchange, use restricted API keys with withdrawal permission disabled. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide notice on the site.
