Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or downloading or installing ATRADX software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please cease using the website and software immediately.

2. Description of service

ATRADX is a fully automated desktop quantitative trading software for digital asset perpetual futures markets. Based on user-defined parameters it calculates quotes, executes market-making strategies, manages orders and monitors risk. The software operates in a non-custodial manner — all trades are executed on the exchange of the user's choice, using the user's own trading-only API keys. We are not an exchange, broker, or custodian, and do not have access to user funds.

3. Registration and account security

You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. Please notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized account activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts exhibiting suspicious activity for security reasons.

4. Subscriptions and licensing

ATRADX offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans. Payment is completed in USDT to the network and address shown on the page, and a license code is issued after on-chain verification. Each license activates one device. License codes may not be transferred, sublicensed, reverse-engineered, or decompiled. Subscriptions must be renewed after expiration to continue use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the software for any unlawful purpose, in violation of any exchange's terms of service, or in any malicious activity that may disrupt system operations. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the software complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the website and software — including source code, interface design, trademarks, and related documentation — are owned by us or licensed to you. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use within the scope of these terms only.

7. Risk and limitation of liability

Digital asset trading and market making involve substantial risk and may result in total loss. ATRADX is an automated execution tool and does not constitute investment advice or strategy recommendations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software, including but not limited to trading losses, system interruptions, exchange outages, and API errors.

8. Disclaimer

The software and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that trading results will meet expectations.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these terms, violation of applicable laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account access without notice for violation of terms, illegal activity, or at our discretion. You may also stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your license under these terms ceases immediately.

11. Changes to terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or software constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will provide notice on the site.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of our jurisdiction. Any dispute should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if negotiation fails, both parties agree to resolve through appropriate legal channels.
